Dontari Poe likely jumped up the Panthers’ draft board – as well as those of every other team needing defensive line help – with an impressive combine performance that showed off the Memphis defensive tackle’s enticing blend of speed and power.
After Poe did a combine-best 44 reps on the 225-pound bench press Sunday, he followed that up Monday by running the 40-yard dash in an official time of 4.98 seconds.
